Tigerseye Studio and Consultancy

We Design Experiences

Tigerseye Studio and Consultancy is the design and consulting practice of Nia Weaving. We design creative experiences, gatherings, and tools that shape how people and organizations work, learn, and move together.

Our work is rooted in creative strategy, systems thinking, and liberatory practice. We support organizations, businesses, and leaders in connecting more deeply—with themselves, with each other, and with their values. Each engagement is intentionally crafted to center people and consider context, culture, and systems. The result is greater clarity, alignment, and intention in everyday work with tools that are meaningful, actionable, and grounded.

Our Guide

Named after the Tiger’s Eye stone and inspired by the Bengal tiger, Tigerseye Studio & Consultancy draws on qualities of protection, clarity, courage, and grounded strength.

Tiger’s Eye is a metamorphic quartz with silky bands of gold and brown that catch the light, formed over millions of years as it transforms into quartz.

It is most commonly sourced from South Africa, Australia, India, and Thailand, and has historically symbolized unity, critical thinking, and support for good decisions.
